Here's how it works; We search for Prescott area Real Estate, locate and look at homes until you find the one you would like to purchase. As your Realtor, I will negotiate on your behalf with the Seller / Seller's Agent. Once we reach an agreement, I expedite the paperwork, open escrow, schedule and attend all inspections. I’m with you every step of the way ~ right through close of escrow and beyond.
At the closing table, a percentage of the selling price is allotted toward commission for the real estate agent(s). This percentage is paid by the Seller. If the Buyer has no representation (Agent), the entire percentage goes to the listing agent. When a Buyer’s Agent is involved in the transaction, the commission is split between the Listing Agent & the Buyer’s Agent. The Buyer is never charged a fee. So, whether you’re out there on your own or I’m representing you with my experience, expertise and resources – the cost to you remains the same, Nothing!
