Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Holly Meneou and I am a real estate professional with Realty Executives Northern Arizona. I began my real estate career in January, 1994 when I went to work as an assistant for my father, Mitch Kapanicas. I obtained my real estate license in May 1995.
I joined Realty Executives in November 1998, selling homes in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area. In January 2005 my husband, Ron and I bought a piece of land in this paradise they call Prescott Arizona. We drew up some plans, placed a travel trailer on the property and proceeded to build a home on the weekends. Thankfully Ron is a General Contractor, so WE knew what WE were doing! Once the house was finished, we couldn’t stay away. So, we sold our Scottsdale house and everything in it, and moved to Prescott full time. Our son, Ronny began his freshman year at Prescott High School and also works part time at Safeway.
We have two adult daughters living in the Phoenix area. Ron and I were blessed to become grandparents in July 2008, Kayla Beth was born. She is so adorable and getting cuter every day. Then in July 2009, we were blessed with a grandson, Dylan was born just 1 year and 2 days after Kayla. July is going to be an expensive month for grandma and grandpa!
